You have the possibility to serialise placeholders with the help of a multiple-choice question and thus represent different variables within a paragraph.
Example:
First, create the serial question. Then you create a multiple-choice question in which you first write any text. Afterwards, you create a text question and create the necessary placeholders. Now place the placeholder you just created on the answer to the multiple-choice question. Link both the answer to the multiple-choice question and the answer to the text question to the serial question. Finally set the placeholder of the multiple-choice question on the text page.
