To insert cross-references, first, click the cursor at the position in the text where you want to insert the cross-reference. Then click on the button:
Now, by clicking on one of the grey dots that appear to the left of the paragraphs and headings, select the paragraph or heading to which you want the cross-reference to refer. If the cross-reference is set, "REF-" and a 4-digit code appear instead of the cross-reference in the text. The number of the paragraph or heading cannot be displayed in the editor because it is not clear where the referenced element will appear.
Tip
If you click on the set cross-reference, the text jumps to the referenced element.
