Organisation of Documents

Within the Documents category, you can use the filters available to sort your documents and keep track of them. Via the search function, you can search for your document with a keyword.

Filter & Search Options

Under DOCUMENTS click on FILTER at the top left and then select your preferred filter option by clicking through the categories.

You can choose between SHOW ALL, ONLY OWN. You can also choose whether to display the generated documents only from the templates or only from the publications by clicking on TEMPLATE or PUBLICATION.

If you click on the arrow next to ALL, you can decide whether all documents of the templates or publications should be displayed, or only those documents of a specific template or publication.

Use the field with the magnifying glass icon to access the search function.
