Step 2: Now enter the name of the client and the case file number or case group.
You can also select already created clients and case groups.
Info
The input fields are simultaneously provided with an automatic completion of the entered data and a search function. Created clients and/or case groups are automatically suggested when you start entering a word.
Do not enter the same client and/or case group twice. You use this to control synchronization. Already given answers to the client and/or to the mandate are automatically suggested by the software, if this is provided for in the intelligent template using modules. If, however, you create the client twice by mistake, all answers for the client must always be entered again.
Step 3: After entering the data, click on the "GENERATE DOCUMENT" button. Now the generation of the document opens. Answer the list of questions on the left and see live how each answer triggers a text. The document adapts to the given answers.
Tip
The inserted texts are highlighted in violet. They are highlighted until the next answer is selected. Scroll through the entire text after each answer. You can read all texts triggered by the answer (highlighted in violet) at your ease and thus check which texts have been inserted. The progress bar at the top left shows you whether all questions have already been answered. If it is red, there are still questions to be answered. If it is green, all questions have been answered. To the right of the sections, you can see a counter that indicates how many questions in the section have already been answered. If the counter is green, all questions have been answered. If it is red, there are still questions open. If the counter is grey, no question has been answered.
Tip
You can insert paragraphs without breaks in text fields by pressing Ctrl + twice Enter.
Tip
You can trigger the export in Word at any time and later continue working on the generation in Lawlift or you can enter the open points in Word.
Warning
A template update will not be applied to the document after the first document creation. You would have to create a new document in that case.
