Autogenerate a questionnaire
With LAWLIFT AI you can create a complete questionnaire for your template in seconds. To do this, click on the AI button in the top bar and then on "Autogenerate questionnaire". You will be guided through the following steps.
First, LAWLIFT suggests the language and the type of the document you want to automate. You can always adjust the suggestions.
In the second step, it recognizes the parts of the document and suggests sections for the questionnaire. You can add as many new sections as you like, delete existing ones, and rename them. All of your adjustments will be considered in the output.
If you click "Proceed", the sections with the questions will be created. As soon as a section has been completely generated, it is highlighted in blue.
You can now check the questions and choose from several options to make adjustments. You can either regenerate or accept questions individually or an entire section. If the result does not meet your expectations you can reject the items. After accepting AI-generated elements you can use all the common editor functionalities to individualize them further.
When regenerating a question, you can provide further instructions to the AI. Maybe you want it to rephrase the questions or to add a new option to the answers. For example, you can suggest improvements such as: "Make it shorter" or "Add another option" etc. The AI will then take these comments into account when regenerating.

However, you can also regenerate all questions within a section. This is done by clicking on "regenerate all". You can then refer to the entire section within the improved suggestion and thus add new questions or determine the thematic direction.
Suggest infotext
Sometimes it makes sense to add info texts to questions. This can be easily done with the LAWLIFT AI by clicking on the AI button and on "suggest info text". This adds details to the questionnaire and makes it easier to understand end users.
